To swim or not to swim!!! You need to exercise even when you do not feel like it!!!


  1. Three weeks ago I could not have done this!!! It just takes consistency. You can do anything you set your mind too. Each time I go I try to better my time. I now do 110 laps in less than an hour. If I can do it, at my size, then anyone can.
